Our mission is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Stories Like Me. We will do everything within our power - and some beyond - to ensure you have a great experience with our store.
However, if an item doesn’t meet with your satisfaction we most definitely want to hear from you and make this right. Before returning any item please contact us at support@storieslikeme.com for a Return Authorization.

Refunds:
We accept refunds and exchanges for books* within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in the condition purchased. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
*Sale Items and Gift Cards are non-refundable

Shipping:
All items must be returned directly to our Returns Department, Stories Like Me, 9919 Broadview Drive, Fairfax VA 22030, where our team will process the return, refunding the cost of the book purchased. **Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at support@storieslikeme.com and we will help you with the next steps. A Return Authorization number is required for exchanges which will be provided by email.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
